After a very negative experience with a competitor, I was referred to you only four short months before my program was about to take place. I had to start from scratch and gave you almost no information to build on, yet you were able to almost read my mind and gave me a very detailed proposal in no time and within budget. You provided various ideas and suggestions encompassing a real “city experience,” and being that New York is such a diverse area, that is no easy feat! You handled any curveball that I threw at you and were always very quick with responding, which always made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. You were able to provide us with fantastic and creative vendors, suppliers, and on-site staff. I received numerous positive reviews from the attendees about how much they enjoyed the “little extras” that were provided on their tours. The highlight of the program was the extensive, theme party you arranged for the “awards dinner” which went so smoothly and successfully. We appreciated that you were present for supervision and delegating throughout our whole event, which set our minds at ease. It is so easy to get frazzled and overwhelmed during a program or event, so having someone like you there for support is worth its weight in gold.
